Dutch Dragon Press Collector PC-48

The Dutch Dragon Press Collector PC-48 is specially constructed for mounting on any type of forwarder. It provides the ideal solution when a large volume of residual twigs has to be transported out of woodland in order to let them dry prior to being chipped. The load-bearing capacity of the Press Collector is increased by compressing the load several times. Tree crowns that have branched out are compressed and break which makes it easier to load the material into the chipper.

A quick-change system with 4 mechanical supporting legs is available as an option. This makes it possible to fit the forwarder with a chipper or the Press Collector. The Press Collector is eminently suitable for use on he public highway or on the railway. For this, the Press Collector can be optionally fitted with a special bottom plate. Tree trunks can also be moved out with the Press Collector. The spikes required for this work can be placed in the Press Collector frame. The Dutch Dragon Press Collector is also optionally available with integrated lighting on both sides.  And, of course, the Press Collector PC-48 can also be mounted on a trailer (fast traffic), tractor vehicle, lorry etc.
